Sprint and Blockbuster started a new practice of turning down clients who require too much attention (judging by the number of customer service calls, e-mails). Blockbuster did it to me in late June and I have just read that Sprint doing pretty much the same thing with its wireless clients.

I wonder, whether it's a beginning of a worrisome trend. Hopefully there will be a class action suit I can join :-)

It makes me wonder, why Apple is being sued by EC for regionalization of iPos ITunes (when French users can't download music from UK sites etc.) and movie companies got away with a very similar strategy of DVD regionalization?
