Blockbuster, Sprint, what's next?
Jul. 13th, 2007 12:00 pmSprint and Blockbuster started a new practice of turning down clients who require too much attention (judging by the number of customer service calls, e-mails). Blockbuster did it to me in late June and I have just read that Sprint doing pretty much the same thing with its wireless clients.
I wonder, whether it's a beginning of a worrisome trend. Hopefully there will be a class action suit I can join :-)
