Прислали мне тут два e-mail'а одновременно. Как говорится, найдите разницу:

"Dear Dr. XXX, Thank you for expressing interest in the position of YYY.  We regret to inform you that we have decided to cancel our search and will not be filling the position at this time."

"Dear Dr. XXX, Thank you for providing us with the opportunity to review your application materials for YYY. After carefully reviewing the applications received for this position, we have determined that another applicants' skills and experience more closely meet our department's needs; therefore, we will not be pursuing your candidacy at this time."

Этот орел меня путал с другим русским который его беспокоил несколько раз в неделю. Потом извинялся. К концу второго месяца после того, как он обещал интервью через три дня на срочную миссию я, видимо, остался один.
Затем он мне сказал, что я overqualified для миссии на 120К ;-). Это было в мае (про релансы диалог был в феврале).

Это еще был не конец, расскажу когда устаканится.
